Order amount cannot be refunded once it is shipped ( only in case you receive the wrong product from our end then your complete amount will be refunded.

If a product is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer then the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

If the customer chose the overnight shipping delivery option then the customer will not be eligible for the refund as the overnight shipping order is processed within 30-45 minutes.

If you choose the Express shipping option then you are only eligible for a refund if you cancel the order within 2 hours and the order has not been processed for shipping.
